CHILDREN FROM SEPARATED PARENTS
AFTER MARRIAGE OR MARITAL LIFE

1- Usual home for children
- By the father, without activity or more available than the mother, or having chosen a parental educating time,
- By the father, having a job corresponding to children education (teacher, monitor, educator ...),
- By the father, offering a life environment more attractive than the mother,
- By the father, asked by the children to be with,
- By the father, when obstruction to visitation and lodge rights, including the delay to compensate this.

2- Alternate usual home for children,
- If parents can agree,
- if it is the child wish,
- if the child do not make a specific choice but the schooling place remains the same.

3- Suppress the necessity of common life during child recognition for benefit of common parental authority on a natural child. (article 372 and 372-1 from Civil Code).

4- Contribution to children support
- No contribution for unemployed fathers, same way the mother can be exempted if she is unemployed,
- Evaluation of father's contribution by taking care of his own charges, like for the mother when she is contributing,
- No duty of contribution during summer period for children lodged by the father,
- Sharing of expenses and fatigue du to children moves from one home to the other (for example, one can pick-up, the other can come back to take the child, or one can place them in the train/plane, the other one doing the same and both are paying a one way ticket)
- Taxes corresponding to a second residence for children,
- One organization in charge of CONTROLLING contribution use.

COMPENSATORY DUTY

- Adoption of the principle that each husband and wife must assume itself with its own diplomas, capacities, and professional activity,
- Suppress compensatory duty and replace it by a temporary solidarity help for a 2 years period (not any more the entire life),
- No temporary solidarity help when the other is living easy either because of professional activity, of belongings, or marital situation even in case of unequal resources.

AGAINST THE SEXISM FOR MALE DISADVANTAGE

A doctrine of post feminism taking away sexist discriminations against men.
Abolition of tax institution for marital couples, each one must contribute.
Abrogation (**to see**) One global parental salary to able the other parent to stay home.
Abrogation, within the marital context, of paternity assumptions.
Abolition of jail for alimentary debts (suppress the words "family abandon").
Less credulity on rape denunciation and violence, most of the time being in reciprocity.
